Food Code Savings Special

As of December 1, 2009 all food service establishments will be required to have food safety certification. New Georgia law requires that all food service establishments have at least one manager on staff that is food safety certified. If the certified manager is not on premise, there must be a person left in charge, which can answer the health inspectors food safety related questions.
